1. What this service is
MapleMinted provides personalized financial education guides based on information you supply through our intake form. These guides are for educational purposes only and do not constitute personalized investment advice, tax advice, or financial planning services as defined under Canadian securities or financial planning legislation.
2. Not a licensed advisor
We are not registered investment advisors, financial planners, or tax professionals. Nothing in your guide should be construed as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, or to take any specific tax position. Always consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.
3. Payment and delivery
Payment is a one-time fee of $99 CAD, processed securely through Stripe. After payment and intake submission, you will receive your guide by email within 72 hours. Delivery times may vary if we require clarification on your submission.
4. Refunds
If your guide has not been delivered within 7 days after purchase, contact us for a full refund. Once your guide has been delivered, refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Reach us at nicholas.kazan1@gmail.com.
5. Your information
Information you provide through the intake form is used solely to prepare your guide. We do not sell your data to third parties. We retain your intake data for up to 12 months to support follow-up enquiries, after which it is deleted. By submitting the intake form, you consent to receiving your guide and related communications at the email address you provided.
6. Accuracy
We make reasonable efforts to ensure information in your guide is accurate and up-to-date. However, tax rules, contribution limits, and government programs change frequently. We are not liable for decisions made based on information in your guide that has since become outdated.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
